Born and raised in Cyprus, Greece, Chef Marko has always been inspired by local sustainability and waste-free cooking.

Heading a talented team of chefs, newly appointed Executive Chef Markos, brings over a decade of 5-star hotel and Mediterranean restaurant dining/tapas experience to this role at Nuvo.

Markos has been instrumental in developing Nuvo’s new menu, combining traditional European techniques and a wealth of experience in his previous kitchens, using localy grown produce and local ingredient-driven dishes that make for a uniquely special dining experience.
