Heading a talented team of chefs, newly appointed Executive Chef Markos, brings over a decade of 5-star hotel and Mediterranean restaurant dining/tapas experience to this role at Nuvo.
Markos has been instrumental in developing Nuvo’s new menu, combining traditional European techniques and a wealth of experience in his previous kitchens, using localy grown produce and local ingredient-driven dishes that make for a uniquely special dining experience.
Nuvo’s innovative and inventive food is expertly paired with boutique wines. It is widely regarded as the best place in the Fylde to drink and dine.
